Session 1: All-In
Assignment > Learn to Observe and Name…Roses (Successes), Thorns (Difficulties), and Buds (Opportunities)…in your community.
- Prepare one slide for a one-minute report on your observations
- Make and share a link to your personal Fab All In documentation website using Notion’s free personal account
- Create a webpage to document the Rose, Thorn & Buds assignment…including the slide image and a descriptive write up of your observations

Will my Fab All In documentation website be publicly accessible?
Yes…Fab All In believes in sharing ideas and collaboration. Your work will be recorded in the Fab All In class archive and be publicly accessible…with the idea that your thoughts may prove to be helpful to someone.
Session 2: Systemic All-in Impact
Assignment > Begin to develop your Fab All-In Action Plan
- Based on learning from the Rose, Thorns & Buds, consider how to take this forward by answering
- The 5 W’s and How questions
- What > What is your Focus? Please specify the “Rose”, “Thorn”, or “Bud” to be addressed and do so as a potentially shared vision of success.
- Why > Why are you doing this? Please indicate the “why” so that everyone involved is “on the same page with the need for change”.
- Who > Who are the key co-creators, stakeholders, rightsholders, or future-holders relevant to your focus?
- When > Please indicate key milestones with timing, both over the next 6 weeks and beyond.
- Where > Where will this be taking place-both the overall location on the planet and any specific locations in your community?
- How > What methods, strategies and approaches will you use so that people can let go of the old and embrace what is new?
- Document your answers in a new page in your Notion documentation website

- Consider how these questions inform a realistic action plan based on observations of your community with the aim of generating lasting improvements beneficial to all members
